Restricted Breeds · Fees & Deposits · Exceptions
Not all landlords permit pets on or in the property. If pets are permitted, they must be approved by the Landlord.
Applicants must provide at least one current photo of the animal(s). If photos raise questions about the actual breed, management may request the opinion of a licensed veterinarian confirming the animal does not contain any restricted breed.
Tenants are responsible for all damages caused by pet(s), compliance with city/county animal ordinances, and keeping all animal shots current.
The following breeds — and any mixes containing these breeds — are not permitted due to insurance guidelines.
Service animals are required by law to be accepted. We use PetScreening.com to verify all service animal requests for ADA compliance. Approved service animals cannot be charged pet deposits or pet rent.
Active duty canines may be permitted with proper proof provided. They are treated as a standard pet with applicable fees and monthly pet rent.
If submitted photos raise questions about the animal's breed, management may require a licensed veterinarian's written opinion before approval is granted.
Pet permission is set by each individual landlord prior to listing. If you are unsure whether pets are allowed on a specific property, please contact us directly.
